Brady C. Malone
MA

Brady C. Malone, M.A. provides psychotherapy and psychological assessment for adults and couples seeking clarity about how personality, current life context, and past experiences contribute to their difficulties. He blends psychoanalytic theory with acceptance-based approaches to identify and resolve patterns of self-defeating behavior, helping clients translate insight into practical change.

His individual work is tailored to each client’s struggles and circumstances. He helps clients trace how problems developed, understand the emotional solutions behind symptoms, and build the agency needed to make meaningful progress. With extensive training in advanced psychoanalytic theory and health psychology, he attends to the interplay between mental and physical symptoms and how they can exacerbate one another.

Mr. Malone also works with couples, navigating complex partnership dynamics and offering an inclusive, nonjudgmental space for all individuals and relationship styles, including nonmonogamy and those in the queer and poly communities. He focuses on clarifying and addressing unexpressed emotions that drive arguments and recurring conflict.
